REGENERATIVE THERMAL OXIDIZERS (RTO)

Fusion Environmental Corporation offers Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTOs) for destruction of VOCs and HAPs to meet stringent environmental requirements.  Our systems can operate in excess of 98% destruction efficiency and of 95% thermal efficiency.  For high flow and low concentration applications, there is no better technology from a cost of ownership standpoint.

Our Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer technology uses structured ceramic heat exchanger media for heat recovery.  Oxidation occurs at temperatures in the 1,500 to 1,600 deg F range therefore requiring large amounts of fuel.  The RTOs ceramic media is specifically formulated for high temperature cycling allowing the system to cycle the inlet and outlet valves to recover heat between the inlet and outlet, drastically reducing the fuel costs.  The benefits of employing RTOs to meet emissions requirements are as follows:
